Film Your Issue 2006

These were commissioned by MSN for a student event scheduled within the Sundance Film Festival Calendar. They wanted “something retro and very filmic”. I had less than three hours, so I opted for a classy Metropolis/Art-deco style, and i think it turned out well (given the absurd timing). The careful observer will probably identify some russian propaganda and kraftwerkian influences here.
This is the first version, horizontal.
They requested also a second, vertical take on the concept. Just in case i guess.
